These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and clu99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the clu99 website at clu99.io, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, account portal, payment services, and any other features made available by clu99 from time to time.

By completing the registration process, logging into your account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. clu99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified to meet these eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

• One account rule: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one clu99 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. clu99 may verify registration data against third-party identity databases. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials, password, and two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify clu99 immediately via the support channel at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.
• Updating details: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Changes to your name, address, email, or phone number must be reported to clu99 promptly.

All financial transactions on clu99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). clu99 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless clu99's compliance team approves an alternative in writing. clu99 reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if verification requirements have not been satisfied.

clu99 does not accept deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties. All funds deposited must originate from an account registered in your own name. Any deposit found to have been made from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the clu99 sportsbook, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and all other markets offered by the platform.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by clu99. clu99 reserves the right to refuse any bet in full or in part, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Odds and markets: Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply. • Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed (as defined in the specific sport's rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless settlement terms for the specific market state otherwise.
• Maximum winnings: clu99 may apply maximum payout limits per event, per market, or per day. These limits are published within the platform and may be updated periodically.
• Match-fixing and integrity: Any account found to be placing bets connected with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation will be immediately suspended and relevant information reported to the appropriate authorities.

The clu99 Casino section offers live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and game shows) as well as a library of over 1,000 slot and RNG titles. • Registering more than one account or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access, interact with, or extract data from the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform — including reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to platform systems.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including live dealer games, in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to misrepresent your true location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Making threatening, abusive, or harassing communications to clu99 staff through any channel.

All content on the clu99 platform — including but not limited to the clu99 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of clu99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the clu99 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from clu99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, clu99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
• Interruption to service caused by technical faults, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond clu99's control.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

clu99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

clu99 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. Personal data is never sold to third parties.
